Terms Of Service

General Information

Full payment has to be in before commission work is begun.Terms and services is subject to change without prior notice. Any changes made will not apply to any currently ongoing commissions at the time of change.If you have a deadline, let me know as soon as possible. There will be additional charges if you require me to rush on the work.Communication will be done through Discord only, please state your preference in the google sheet.Please be upfront about what you want and include every reference you have in the commission form.Any last minute additions will not be considered, especially if commission is already rendered.I will send sketches and base colour previews shots after payments are made. At this stage, I will allow up to three revisions. There will be an additional charge of 20 USD thereafter.The artwork's process may be streamed, so please indicate if this is not preferred.I own the right to deny any commission requests.

  • All PERSONAL commission requests are to be made using the Commission Form.

  • By submitting the Commission Form, you accept that you have read through, understand and agree with the Terms and Services stated.

  • The full distribution and publishing rights of the completed works belong solely to the artist (hasamide).

  • Upon artwork completion, the commissioner is granted the publishing rights for the artwork in a personal capacity only. (i.e. ONLY for personal use for profile pictures, stream image, etc.).

  • Commissioner does not have the right to mint/sell the commission for NFT.

Basic Procedure

  1. Contact me via discord hasamide#4649 and state artwork of interest

  2. I will reply with details and discuss regarding the artwork's procedures and references

  3. 100% Payment via preferred payment.

  4. Sketch >> Review (please state specific details during this phase). We may repeat this process up to 3 times.

  5. Line + Render process >> Final Review. There will be no modifications allowed during this phase.

  6. Completed artwork will be sent to you via ZIP file.

Artwork/Style

  • Size of the art piece will be in their specified dimensions, in either PNG or GIF format.

Payment

  • All prices are in USD and done via Paypal invoice OR Ko-Fi (preferred).

  • Refunds are not accepted, and prices are to remain in their listing as per stated.

Usage

  • ONLY for personal use (stream avatar, discord emotes, etc).

  • Credit must be provided to: Twitch @hasamide || Twitter @hasa_mide (depends on platform

  • Do not modify or edit the artwork in any way.

Scheduling

  • Standard emotes: 2 weeks

  • Animated emotes: 3~4 weeks

  • PNG Avatars: 3 weeks
